Delivery PolicyDue to the nature of Rebecca Street products and our company’s commitment to small-scale atelier production, order processing and delivery can take up to 14 days.
Refund / Cancelation Policy
At Rebecca Street, we take pride in creating luxury products of the highest standard. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition with swing tags within 10 days for a full refund less shipping costs. Please note, merchandise returned after 10 days or not in its original condition will not be accepted.
All returns require a return authorization number. Please email thestudio@rebeccastreet.com to receive your return authorization number. Once we receive your parcel, you may exchange your purchase for other products or request a refund on your credit card for regular price (non-sale) items only less shipping fees. We will promptly refund your credit card, however some transactions may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. You will receive e-mail notification once your return has been processed. All sale items or purchases made with a discount voucher are exchange only, less shipping fee. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
